HOW TO ORDER
Give us a telephone call or email. We'll discuss payment and shipping details with you.
Checks and money orders accepted.
SHIPPING
We very carefully pack our used and vintage guitars and ship by overnight UPS. The cost of
shipping includes insurance. Very rarely will a guitar arrive with damage, but in the unlikely
event there is damage in transit, contact us before you ship a guitar back. Sorry, no C.O.D.
We ship weekdays Monday thru Thursday. Most orders shipped within 3-5 days after
payment.
RECOMMENDED CARE
We recommend during the colder months the instrument is allowed to acclimatize for a
minimum of eight hours before opening the case. As a rule of thumb, guitars like the same
climates that humans like.
RETURNS
Used and vintage guitars are carefully inspected before being placed on our website, and
descriptions are written so that you know exactly what you're getting. All purchases should
be inspected immediately upon arrival. All sales final and considered AS IS after a 48 hour
inspection period.
The inspection period starts when customer receives shipment.
Please note our return policy:
• Do not ship guitars back before communicating with us. You'll need an authorization
number.
• Refunds are in full minus shipping costs.
• Returned guitars need to be shipped back to us within 48 hours.
• Refunds are issued for guitars returned in the original condition. Please take care
with packing we aren't responsible for damage due to poor packing, or loss. The customer
will include insurance on all returns.
